Navštívila jsem toto zařízení na dentální hygienu z důvodu nedostupnosti termínů v mém obvyklém stomatologickém centru. Bohužel musím říct, že má zkušenost zde nebyla příliš pozitivní. Hned na začátku působila dentální hygienistka spíše odměřeně a nezúčastněně. Celé ošetření trvalo přibližně 25 minut, což mě překvapilo – z předchozích zkušeností jsem zvyklá, že dentální hygiena běžně trvá kolem hodiny. Samotný výkon byl místy velmi nepříjemný až bolestivý, na což jsem i reagovala, ale nedostalo se mi žádné zpětné vazby ani snahy situaci zmírnit. Po celou dobu jsem měla nasazený rozvěrač a obličej zakrytý, což mi znemožnilo jakkoli komunikovat nebo vyjádřit nepohodlí. Během ošetření neproběhla téměř žádná komunikace ze strany hygienistky, a ani po skončení jsem nedostala žádné informace k výsledku nebo doporučení k další péči. Hygienistka si pouze sedla k počítači, aniž by mi třeba ukázala stav chrupu v zrcadle nebo se zeptala, zda mám nějaké otázky. Chápu, že každé zařízení může mít jiný přístup, ale bohužel musím říct, že se sem již vracet nebudu a nemohu službu doporučit dále.
I came to the office with a toothache. The doctor did a scan of my teeth and said that I had an inflamed nerve that needed to be removed and the canals cleaned – she wanted 7,000 CZK for this procedure. I only asked her to drill out the filling and put a numbing pad, which she did, but she still charged 2,000 CZK. The next day I visited my regular dentist, who confirmed that I did not have an inflamed nerve. He cleaned the canals and performed a complete treatment for 4,500 CZK. My impression is that unnecessary diagnoses and procedures are imposed on patients here, just so that the office can charge exorbitant prices. It seems like it is more about business than the patient's health.
The initial dental hygiene took 25 minutes. I would have appreciated more space for communication – for example, offering a space to ask questions. Three sentences were dedicated to "education and counseling". On the other hand, the advantage was the appointment until the next day.
I was very satisfied with the dental hygiene - professional approach, gentle treatment and great results!
